The chat assistant keeps one small note in your browser’s session storage, so that its greeting only appears once during your visit. It contains nothing about you, is never sent to us, and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
If you use the chat, the messages you type are sent to us so that we can reply, and are handled in line with our privacy policy.
