Our full-time in-house technical department tests both our raw materials and our finished products every day, so what turns up on your site meets current national standards. The quality system runs to ISO 9001 and is assessed by a third party.

Concrete quality and testing
S. Morris operates a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, which is regularly assessed by a third party. The team is accredited by the BSI.

Working out how much concrete you need
One cubic metre of concrete weighs approximately 2.4 tonnes — roughly 30 to 35 full wheelbarrows.
Use the volume calculator in the quote drawer on the right of any page, then send it straight to the plant.
Ordering concrete, collection and payment
- Orders are taken by production plant personnel, not a call centre.
- Tracking systems are fitted to our trucks, so we can give you accurate delivery timescales.
- A collection service is available from our plants.
- Payment must be made before delivery unless the order is on an approved credit account.
- Same day or next day service where we can, with precise coordination of delivery schedules.
